Shipping Information and Return Policy - Please Read All

United States Shipping Only

Waterlicious Inc. ships to all US addresses except Alaska and Hawaii by USPS (United States Postal Services) Priority Mail. Priority Mail usually takes 2-5 business days and does not provide tracking and insurance. Most orders will be sent in a Priority Mail Large Flat-Rate Box, which is 12"x12"x6". You must provide a full and accurate street address for shipping in the continental US that is recognized as taking packages from USPS.

Where Waterlicious does NOT Ship

Waterlicious Inc. does NOT ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, to incomplete or inaccurate addresses, or to addresses that do not take USPS packages. Waterlicious Inc. will make every effort to avoid shipping to such addresses, but should a delivery be sent to such an address and lost, Waterlicious Inc. does not claim responsibility for such orders and will not offer a refund in such cases. If Waterlicious detects such an address before shipping, we will ask for a different address or provide a refund minus a fee of $5. If you requirement shipments to such addresses, email us at store@waterlicious.com us to make special arrangements, which will cost more than the shipping prices listed on the store or in your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated by our shopping cart (Zen Cart) and are shown before final checkout. Please check both the "Total", "Shipping", and "Sub-Total" lines to verify your shipping rate before confirming your order. If an item says "FREE SHIPPING, then the shipping price for that item only is included in the item's price. If an item with free shipping is combined with items without free shipping, then you will still be charged for shipping on items that do not list free shipping.

Packaging

Waterlicious Inc. tries to maximize your value by providing as many bottles as possible in any given shipping box but does not cover protection against scuffs, dents, or cosmetic damage. Specifically, we break apart cases, pack as many bottles as possible into a given shipping box, and ship them loose. We do include some packing material to fill spaces but this is not a sufficient amount to prevent dents, scuffs, etc. on our products. However, for any bottles that break or lose their liquid contents during shipping, Waterlicious Inc. will provide a refund prorated by the number of broken bottles if sent electronic photographic evidence to store@waterlicious.com of the broken bottles within 7 days of delivery. For example, if 9 of 18 bottles in a $24.95 order break, Waterlicious Inc. will refund you $12.48.

Returns

Waterlicious Inc. only provides partial refunds in the amount of $10 for full, unopened 18-bottle packs if shipped back to us within 21 days. You must first notify us within 7 days of your return to receive a return authorization number by emailing store@waterlicious.com. Returned bottles must not be cracked open. If less than the full order of bottles are returned, Waterlicious Inc. will prorate the refund by the number of bottles returned.

Damaged Goods

Definition of "damage": Damage is defined as a break or leak in a bottle such that it loses some of its liquid contents. Damage does NOT include scuffs, dents, or other cosmetic damage.

For USPS orders (our default): If goods are damaged during shipment by USPS, save the item, the box and all packing material, take a high-resolution electronic photograph of the damage and packing. Email us that photograph within 7 days.

For UPS or FedEx orders: If goods are damaged during shipment by UPS and FedEx, save the item, the box and all packing material. Notify us and we will place a claim with UPS. UPS insures all shipments and so far has made good on them. You may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made. We will replace the product at the carrier's expense.

Canceling Orders

We take pride in prompt shipping and most orders are shipped the morning following our receipt of the request. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday (excluding USPS holidays). If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at store@waterlicious.com, as we can not cancel you order once it is shipped. You may still return the item but only for a partial refund under the terms listed above (in Returns).
